Board of Advisors
Benjamin Lee is one of the co-founders of a nonprofit organization called Aid to Children Without Parents. His diverse experience ranges from working as a software engineer at IBM to the owner of a commercial printing and design company to the school’s janitor. Aside from playing tennis and eating ramen, he devotes all of his time to develop and implement efficient and effective programs to provide opportunities to socioeconomically disadvantaged children at the local and international levels.
Nam La, PhD
Nam La has been working in the communications industry for more than 35 years. He earned an MA in Electrical Engineering before getting his PhD in Computer Science at Concordia University. He specializes in wireless communication and RF electronics. In addition to English, he can also speak Vietnamese, French, and Italian.
Hiep-Son Nguyen has been working as a design and development engineer in the industry for over thirty years. His experiences are in many different fields of application. His recent experience is in imaging systems.
Amy P. Nguyen
Amy Nguyen has a BS in Computer Science and an MBA in Technology Development. Along with these degrees, she has years of experience in programming analysis, software design and development, process management and documentation, application integration, and full life-cycle development for companies like Texas Instruments as a Senior Software Engineer.
Vi Tuong Nguyen
Vi Nguyen is currently a Senior Project Manager at Western Digital. She has over 10 years of experience in leading diverse technological projects and strives to build strong working relationships in order to produce outstanding results. With a BA in Computer and Information Science, Vi has comprehensive knowledge and “hands-on” experience in directing the research, expectation-setting, strategizing and execution of complex, business-critical initiatives for a range of sectors.
